Our team of 18 business professionals averages over 20 years in the business. We are nationally deployed but centered in Alachua, a beautiful suburb of Gainesville, Florida. We come with career experience in such companies as Prudential, American General, Northwestern Mutual, MassMutual, American Express, Great-West, the Princiapl, KPMG, Tillinghast-Tower and Perrin and the Illinois and North Carolina Insurance Departments. We are attorneys, accountants, underwriters, marketing executives, regulators, process improvement experts and compliance directors. We are CLU's, ChFC's, JD's, CPA's, MBA's and FLMI's. In our practice, we have been using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award standards to help us identify business policies and procedures that are of world class quality. "Process Reengineering," "Continuous Quality Improvement" or "Total Quality Management" over the years.
